Healthy Smiles

We are excited to introduce our new Dental Town Healthy Smiles Plan. This is an in-house membership plan, which entitles those with no insurance (or families that may have out of network insurance benefits) to a discount from our usual and customary fees.

Program Limitations and Exclusions:

Family Member is defined as those living with or under custodial care of the primary member.
This plan cannot be combined with any other special offer or discount.
This plan is only good at Dental Town locations. No discount will be offered for services requiring a referral to an outside specialist.
Periodontal therapy including scaling and root planning and Perio Maintenance are covered by the plan with a 20% discount.
Treatment done prior to enrollment is not considered for the discount.
Dental Products are not included in this plan.
All payments are due at the time services are received to apply the discount. Services not paid for at the time are subject to the regular fees.
No refunds on the monthly subscription is applicable.
No refunds will be given if a member does not use the plan, move, or obtains dental insurance.
May not be transferred to another family member or patient.
Should you choose to leave the practice or cancel your monthly subscription you must pay the remaining amount due per the contract.
