Welcome to Dental Town! We are so happy you have decided to be a part of our family here at Dental Town.
We look forward to getting to know you better.
Your first visit with us will be what is called a consultation appointment. At this appointment you will be welcomed by the front desk and checked in. Shortly after checking in, an assistant will come and meet you to take some photographs and x-rays (if needed). While this is taking place, you will have an opportunity to fill out any new patient forms needed. These forms will allow us to better understand what your dental needs are.
You will then meet the Treatment Coordinator. She will be your personal concierge to the orthodontic world. She will be able to answer any questions regarding your treatment and will introduce you to the doctor for your consultation.
The doctors at Dental Town follow the core values we believe in, which essentially include treating each patient as if they were our own family. We take a conservative approach in every treatment and will always keep your needs in mind. We will offer a customized treatment that will fit your needs. There will be an opportunity to ask the doctor any questions that you might have.
